IMPORTANT NOTICE: 
Many things our my shop are handmade! Even the frames, pendants, and cabochons. They are hand made in a variety of materials and mediums (using a mix of new, vintage, and used components). They are hand painted, antiqued, glazed, etc... So the uneven tints, colors, distressed textures, and aged look are done on purpose and are in no way considered a defect. I love the distressed look because it gives the artwork character and charm. 
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THIS LOOK PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE. If you like the new "store bought" look, then my shop is NOT for you. 

TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP YOUR JEWELRY IN GOOD CONDITION LONGER...

Some of the materials used to make our pieces are Silver Plated.  Silver Plated means that the alloy metals are dipped in a thin layer of real silver.  It cannot be listed as 100% real silver because not 100% of the piece is made of real silver.  Only the coating is silver.   Silver Plated metals have the same oxidation processes and tarnishing factor as 100% real silver.  So here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking fresh longer.

Store your jewelry in a dark (non sunlight), dry, humid free place. 
Store your jewelry piece in an airtight ziplock bag and inside a jewelry box. Away from dirt, water, humidity, and UV sunlight. This will keep your jewelry looking fresh longer. I have had jewelry pieces that I own over 3 years kept in this way and it has not tarnish yet. And I wear my pieces often too. The better care that you take with your jewelry, the longer they will last. Don't just throw your pieces around and leave them at the bottom of your purse and handbags. Or leave them out on your bathroom counter. Your jewelry won't last long under these conditions. 
All jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. Even 100% real silver and 100% real gold jewelry tarnish. This is because the chemicals and humidity in the air exposure will cause the metal to tarnish. This is natural and it occurs with all types of metals. To keep your jewelry looking fresh longer, please follow the tips above. Now if your jewelry starts to tarnish because you haven't taken care of it, don't panic. There is a way to reverse the tarnish. First, go to your local jewelry store or a jewelry counter at Walmart or Target. Ask them for a jewelry cleaning solution or if they can clean the tarnish off for you, let the professional do it. There are solutions out there that people have used that have helped the tarnish.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
ALL of the items in my shop are handmade by Me! Please allow 7 business days (NOT including weekends and holidays) for your items to be made before they can be shipped. Quality is VERY important to me, so I cannot ship the items in your order until ALL of the mediums (paint, glue, glaze, gloss, resin, etc...) are 100% completely dry. I don't want to rush this process and give you a defected product. Thank you for your understanding. 
**Please note that during the holidays and high-traffic season, the wait time may be a little bit longer due to the volume of orders that I have all at once. So please time your shopping experience accordingly. I will do my very BEST to ship your items out as soon as I can and try to meet your deadline. But I am only human and I cannot rush the drying process of the materials. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

USA: All orders are shipped either First Class Mail (within 5-7 days) or Priority 2-3 days Mail. Priority is available for an added fee. Overnight shipping services available for an extra fee. I want you to receive your package ASAP, but Priority and Overnight is very expensive, and so I must charge for this extra service. The added shipping fee is whatever the post office charges me. Thank you.

CANADA: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 2-4 weeks (most of the time it is sooner, but I cannot guarantee that). 
International Express Mail 3-6 days guarantee is available for an added fee. And this service is very expensive. Starts at $49.99 for most international destinations. Sorry, but no overnight service is available for international destinations. 

INTERNATIONAL: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 2-4 weeks (most of the time it is sooner, but I cannot guarantee that). And since International packages have to go through customs, this is what will determine how fast you will receive your package; which no one has control over this process).  Average international delivery time is between 2-4 weeks.  Some countries like France, Germany, Romania, Japan, Italy, will take longer to arrive due to slow customs processing in those countries.  For those countries packages can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

WHAT IS SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost includes the fee that the post office charges me and all of the packaging materials that it takes to prepare your items for a safe journey so that it gets to you in one piece. I DO NOT make any extra money off of the shipping. Shipping materials includes boxes, tissue paper, tape, bubble wraps, peanuts, foam, ect...
I will do my very best to get you your package ASAP!

I ship Anywhere that USPS and UPS ship. I do offer shipping discounts on multiple items. Please check my listings for the most current combine shipping discounts. TRACKING NUMBER?
If you want tracking numbers on your package, please let me know when you check out and make payment. Tracking is included for USA, Canada, and ALL international packages. This info will be emailed to you when your item is shipped. Please check your email inbox and make sure that my email does not get lost in your spam box. Thanks.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?
As soon as your package is shipped, I will notify PayPal and Etsy and you will get an email confirmation that your package is on its way to you. I like to keep my customers posted so you never have to wonder when your package will arrive. I hate to wait forever on getting an item so I will do my very best to make sure that your package will get to you ASAP!

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
I do not offer a refund because of the nature of my items. I have almost all Vintage and handmade pieces. But if there is a problem when you get your order, please email me and I will work something out with you. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Sorry due to the nature of my items: Almost all custom orders and vintage pieces, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
All Custom Orders Are Final Sale. Due to the nature of the item, I cannot offer an exchange on personalize and custom orders. However, if you want to add something to the custom piece after you receive it, I will be more than happy to do so for you (but the buyer is responsible for shipping the item to me, and will also pay for the shipping back to the buyer; in addition to any new cost of materials that will be added onto the custom piece). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISSING AN ITEM?

If your item arrives damaged or missing an item in an order, that is an easy fix. First, make sure that you contact the post office and contact me to let me know. Second, make sure that you have purchased insurance on your package. If you have purchased insurance, contact the post office and they will guide you on how to file the claim. 

If you did not purchase insurance, contact me anyways. You and I will work something out so that we can all be happy. I don't want to loose money on the transaction (if it is not my fault), but I will work something out with my customers to help alleviate some stress on the situation (if I can). If you want me to send you a replacement, I will offer you the replacement at a discount and I will send you a replacement right away (if there is one). If a replacement is not available, I will send you a comparable item (in which I will convo you first before I ship it out). And you DO NOT have to pay extra shipping (if it is my fault). I will pay for the shipping if it is my fault. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGED MY MIND ON AN ITEM?
If you changed your mind on an item, we are sorry but our policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ask ALL questions before purchase. I do NOT want any problems after the sale. I do my best to list as accurate of a description as I can of the items. And I try to take great photos that you can see more details. 

PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE. I don't want any problems once an item is already shipped out. I work very hard to keep all of my customers happy and get all of my orders correct. If there is an error on my end, please give me a chance to make it right. And if you have made an error, just contact me, and we will work something out.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOMS ORDERS?
Yes. We do take custom orders, please convo me for details. And I will set up a reserved listing just for you. 
Please note that ALL custom orders are FINAL SALE. I cannot give you a refund or exchanges on custom orders. Convo me for a custom order.

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCT?
1. Select a Style that you would like to customize. Pay for that listing.
2. In my Etsy shop, pay for the "CUSTOM" listing. 
3. Convo me what you would like to customize. Keep in mind that my standard customization fee only covers for basic photo/image/words/quote ect. Additional charges will apply if you want more charms/pendants/ect...
4. After you let me know what you want, I will then draft up a mock-up sample or a few samples and send you pictures of them. Keep in mind that a mock-up sample is NOT the final product. It is just my way of putting my ideas down (like sketching it). But I hate drawing and I like to actually see the elements and materials that I will be using. And that the final product will be a lot better quality. 
5. I will do 2-3 changes/tweeking/proofing to the design without any extra charges and send you photos of the changes. 
6. Once you have approved the proof, then I will make the final product and once it is done I will ship it out ASAP. 
7. Custom orders will take from 1-2 weeks (depending on the difficulty of the design, how long it takes you to get the proof back to me, how many proof that you need before you approve the final design, and how many customers I have ahead of you. 
I will email you through out the process to let you know when I have completed your design, package and ship your design, and an estimated time (from the post office) of how long it will take for the item to arrive to you. 

Pretty much, I can do whatever you want and within your budget.

DO YOU TAKE WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Yes. I do take wholesale orders. However, I DO NOT mass produce anything! I make all of my creations by hand. So there is a limit on how much you can order per design. Everything that I make is in Limited Edition. Please convo me for more details. Discounts are given on a volume basis. ***$300 and up purchases/orders are considered wholesale orders. (depending on the items, wholesale discounts are also given on 6pcs, 12pcs, 25pcs, 30pcs, 36pcs basis).
