How to order: Just let us know what item you are in need of to create the special gift.

Upload the picture that you want to use or email it to us at cs@studio11couture.com.  Always remember to include your order number so that we know what order the image belongs to.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Since these items are made special just for you and your loved one, please allow us some time to make it for you.  Making and processing time usually takes about 3-14 days. And shipping time is about 7-25 days worldwide. (Holidays shipping schedule can take longer due to the post office having too many packages to process).  We do offer express shipping on a limited number of items and buyer must pay for the difference in the shipping upgrade service.
